Michela Farrugia is a bilingual Maltese-English actor working in film and theatre. She debuted in Carmen (dir. Valerie Buhagiar) and co-starred in Luzzu (Sundance 2021, dir. Alex Camilleri). Her recent screen work includes Venus Melite (2023), Death and Other Details (Disney+, 2024), and Unur Fama u Glorja (2025). She next stars in Camilleri’s Żejtune, acquired by Films Boutique. A member of Malta’s National Theatre Ensemble, her background in gymnastics, music, and dance shapes her physical, expressive performances.
