JOANNA ARIDA
Joanna Arida, born on February 26th, is a versatile Jordanian artist, actress, and architect with a global upbringing across Germany, Jordan, the UAE, and Austria. Fluent in Arabic, English, and German, she gained recognition for her role in Netflix's "AlRawabi School for Girls" in 2021. The series became one of Netflix's most successful Middle Eastern shows, with Season 2 released in early 2024. Notable collaborations include Louis Vuitton, MAC Cosmetics, Charlotte Tilbury, and HINDASH. In 2022, Joanna signed her first Global Campaign with MAC Cosmetics and joined the #ThisIsNotNormal campaign with UNFPA. Based in Dubai, she is now venturing into screenwriting and directing alongside her acting career.
