JAMALE ABOU HAMAD

Jamale Abou Hamad is a Lebanese artist and storyteller whose work spans music, film, acting, and visual arts, driven by a commitment to humanitarian causes. She blends oriental and occidental styles, creating music that reflects personal and collective experiences. In 2013, she co-founded the musical group RAND and began her solo work in 2019. Her 8th single, released on August 30, 2024, honors families searching for missing loved ones. Her short film Endless Ache explores loss and has been featured in international festivals. She studied at the Lebanese National Higher Conservatory of Music, holds a BA in Film from Saint Joseph University in Beirut, and completed a two-year acting program at Stella Adler Academy in Los Angeles. She is also a member of SACEM.
