ANDREAS BECKETT
Andreas Beckett was born at the foot of the Bavarian Alps as one of six children and grew up in a farming community 40 miles from Munich. Growing up, he excelled in Swing Dance Acrobatics as part of the world champion team. At the same time, he earned a Master's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Munich. A choreographer working for Jerome Robbins, scouted Andreas and offered him a role in West Side Story with the Cleveland Opera. Afterward, he performed at the Papermill Playhouse, Radio City Music Hall, New York's Metropolitan Opera House and became a founding member of the acrobatic dance company Antigravity. For the next three years, he studied at The William Esper Studio in New York. Andreas made his television debut playing Hitler on Saturday Night Live. This was followed by his portrayal of Macbeth at the American Theatre.
